Since Whipped Glow products are handmade, batches may vary in color and smell. Shea butter is susceptible to hot and warm temperature so it is important to ensure that you are available to receive your product when it's delivered. If the product melts as a result of extreme temperature, solidify by refrigerating.

For orders placed in Kuwait:

Orders placed will take 1-3 days to be delivered.

Delivery charges: 3kd for all cities.

GCC orders:

GCC Shipping: Orders will be dispatched within 3 days of ordering.

Due to the nature of our products being handcrafted there are no refunds/returns. Please make sure you check your details before purchasing. If an item was damaged before being used we will gladly replace it by first submitting a photo of the product.
